Introduction to Mindfulness

This 6-week course in present moment awareness is designed to teach participants to change their relationship with difficult thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations. Research reports regular mindfulness practice is helpful to manage anxiety/stress, increase self-compassion, decrease rumination, and increase focus, peace, and vitality!
Space is limited to 12 participants!
