Bethany Genrich, LCSW
Bethany Genrich, LCSW graduated from the University of Arkansas In Little Rock, Arkansas
in 2009 with her Masters degree in Social Work. She is certified as a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker by the Tennessee Board of Social Workers. She helps clients reduce the
struggle with uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, memories and physiological sensations
while promoting conscious, meaningful living. Bethany specializes in treating anxiety
disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, behavioral management of
chronic pain, and trauma-related problems. She utilizes a combination of Cognitive-
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-
Based Therapies. Since 2009, she has practiced in various community mental health settings
and provided therapeutic services at an intensive outpatient treatment center for eating
disorders. She has been in private practice since 2016. Bethany is the owner of the Knoxville
Mindful Wellness Center, LLC and currently provides services of adult psychotherapy,
adolescent psychotherapy, behavioral treatment of chronic pain, private mindfulness
meditation sessions, and clinical supervision for Licensed Masters Social Workers.
